Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 

 

BJJ is a martial art designed to defeat the opponent with grappling, using takedowns followed by positioning to joint locks and chokes. These allow you to manoeuvre yourself around larger and stronger opponents. Jiu Jitsu is widely regarded as the world’s most effective martial art.
Technique over strength is paramount in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This makes it perfect for all shapes and sizes. Sessions are fun, easy to follow and a great way to get in shape. An average session burns over 700 calories!

 

A typical session includes:
* Warm up, Basic technique, Live drills, Isolated sparring drills, Rolling (BJJ's version of sparring!)

We offer beginner to advanced coaching in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu including a white to black belt grading program
 

Kick Boxing

Our kickboxing program is a great way to get yourself fit. Our Kickboxing program uses punching, kicking, kneeing, elbowing and clinch work.
Our sessions get you you super fit and help you develop the best and most proven striking skillset for MMA.
We offer a 10 belt Kickboxing syllabus for our members to follow and each grade will 'level up' your MMA skills exponentially!

* Warm up, Stretching
, Shadow Boxing, Pad work, Drills
, Bag work, Sparring

 

We offer beginner to advanced coaching in Kickboxing plus a white to black belt syllabus.
 

Mixed Martial Arts

Put it all together!

Mixed Martial Arts or MMA as it’s known is the combination of all of the martial arts skills of wrestling, striking and ground skills .  

Our classes consist of punching, kicking and grappling. You’ll build MMA skills training in our BJJ & Kickboxing sessions but  MMA specific knowledge and skills are developed in these classes .

* Warm up, Stretching, Punching, Kicking , Wrestling, Wall work, Groundwork, Drills, Sparring
